Bridon-Bekaert Ropes to close Canadian manufacturing plant
Bridon-Bekaert Ropes, a subsidiary of Bekaert Group, will close its manufacturing plant in Point-Claire, Canada, by mid-2021, Kallanish reports.
According to a statement on 5 January, the company announced its decision to consolidate its North American ropes platform and phase out production at the Pointe-Claire facility by the end of May 2021.
