Brazil’s Viena Siderúrgica to raise pig iron exports
Brazilian pig iron producer Viena Siderúrgica (VS) expects to export almost 720,000 tonnes of material between 2022 and 2023. This will be the largest volume shipped by the company in its 33 years of history. The firm says this milestone will be supported by the extension of the current long-term contract with commercial carrier VLI Logística.
