Vale's iron ore exports rise on-year in May
Brazil's Vale continued to increase its iron ore exports year-on-year in May. The miner`s shipments abroad however were almost flat during the first five months according to Sindicato Nacional da Indústria da Extração de Ferro e Metais Básicos (Sinferbase) data monitored by Kallanish.
Vale`s exports of iron ore totalled 127.9 million tonnes to end-May, or only -0.1% less compared to the same period of last year. Dur…
