Vale ups iron ore exports in April
Brazil's Vale increased its iron ore exports year-on-year in April. The miner`s shipments abroad however remained lower during the first four months according to Sindicato Nacional da Indústria da Extração de Ferro e Metais Básicos (Sinferbase) data monitored by Kallanish.
Vale`s year-to-date exports of iron ore totalled 97.4 million tonnes in April, or -2.1% less compared to 99.6mt in the same period of last year. Durin…
