Brazil’s steelmakers to lift April prices, prioritise exports
Brazilian mills will raise their flat steel prices for distributors and service centres next month, according to national steel distributors’ association Inda president Carlos Loureiro.
The planned 20% increase on average comprises hot and cold rolled coil, long products, as well as galvanized steel. This will be applied in two stages, Kallanish notes.
