Brazil’s scrap exports fall again in February
Brazil saw ferrous scrap exports fall for the third consecutive month in February, but shipments were higher year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
According to the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic), scrap exports reached 32,200 tonnes in the month, down by 15.7% compared to January but up 36.2% y-o-y.
