Brazil`s regulator approves Simec's acquisition of ArcelorMittal assets
The Brazilian national trade defence agency Cade has approved Mexican steel group Simec`s acquisition of ArcelorMittal steel units in Brazil, Kallanish learns from Cade’s administrative council.
Cade has given the green light for the merger, without conditions. The assets which are being sold and the value of the divestitures remain confidential.
