Brazil’s July wire rod exports rise
Brazilian wire rod exports improved on-month in July. Shipments were also higher on-year.
Brazil exported 4,560 tonnes of wire rod in July, up 3.6% over June and 5.1% more y-o-y, according to the latest Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) report monitored by Kallanish.
Seven-month shipments reached 31,314t, up by 2.4% compared to January-July 2021, according to Mdic. The main destination for these was Latin America, with Argentina…
