Brazil’s iron ore exports fall in October
Brazil saw its iron ore exports fall in October, according to a National Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) report monitored by Kallanish.
Iron ore exports were -8.6% lower on-year in October at 31.2 million tonnes. These were also -16.8% down compared to the 37.5mt shipped abroad in September.
Brazil’s ten-month-through-October iron ore exports were 278,915,420t or -6% less versus the corresponding period of last year.
