Brazil's iron ore exports fall in fist half
Brazil saw its iron ore exports lower in the first half of the year due to underperformance by Vale following the Brumadinho dam rupture in January. Shipments in June were down year-on-year for the fourth consecutive month, says the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) in its monthly report monitored by Kallanish.
