Brazil's automotive industry lowers 2020 outlook
Brazilian automotive production and exports both fell year-on-year during the first half of 2020 and in June alone, according to data issued by local automotive association Associação Nacional dos Fabricantes de Veículos Automotores (Anfavea).
The sector is not optimistic about overcoming the slowdown in activity caused by the Covid-19 outbreak in the country and has lowered its 2020 guidance, Anfavea says in a note seen by Kallanish.
