Brazil`s authorities indict Vale and TÜV SÜD employees
Brazilian authorities have announced that they have indicted 13 employees from Vale and Germany-based testing group TÜV SÜD for possible crime and fraud. This follows the rupture of Dam 1 at Córrego do Feijão mine on 25 January. Those being indicted do not include former company officials or executives from Vale and only one TÜV employee with a management position.
