Brazilian regulator to review Vale/Ferrous Resources merger
The court of Brazilian trade defence agency (CADE) will review its decision about Vale’s acquisition of fellow iron ore producer Ferrous Resources Limited, the antitrust body says in a note monitored by Kallanish. This happens after the terminal operator Porto Sudeste filed a new appeal to CADE about the final approval of Vale’s acquisition of the miner on 18 June.
