Brazilian pig iron exports increase in June
Brazil increased its pig iron exports in June, according to the latest data from the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) monitored by Kallanish.
Mdic has expanded its reporting system since February and data in this context now include sponge iron and iron or steel powder together with pig iron exports.
