Brazilian energy intensive users to benefit following injunction
Brazilian industrial power consumers have been partly spared an additional power tariff that will be charged in the second half of the year. A federal court issued an injunction to that effect in their favour on 12 April, Kallanish Steel’s sister publication Kallanish Energy reports, based on information from state-run utility Eletrobras.
