Brazilian court forces CSN to secure Fernandinho dam
The Minas Gerais State government has forced Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) to adopt security measures at the Fernandinho mine dam in the Belo Horizonte region, Kallanish notes.
On 4 June, CSN received a subpoena containing an injunction for Public Civil Action from the 4th Court of Public Finance of the District of Belo Horizonte.
