Brazilian authority concludes Brumadinho accident investigation
The Brazilian Senate inquiry committee (CPI) has maintained its recommendation to charge 14 former Vale and Germany-based testing group TÜV SÜD officials and executives for possible crime and fraud. This follows the Brumadinho accident on 25 January and is according to a document from the Public Prosecutor's Office of Minas Gerais State (MPMG) monitored by Kallanish.
