Brazilian authorities find Vale Brumadinho dam reporting inconsistency
Brazilian miner Vale detected structural anomalies before the rupture of Dam 1 at the Córrego do Feijão mine, but these were not reported to the country`s National mining agency (ANM). So says the agency at its final technical report on the causes of the Brumadinho accident that left 248 people dead and 22 missing, according to the latest available information.
The 194-page technical report shows evidence that may have led to the dam's failure.…
