Brazil increases plated, coated steel exports in June
Brazil saw exports of flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy, plated and coated steel rise year-on-year in June. Shipments abroad of other flat steel categories, however, remained lower, Kallanish learns from the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic).
Mdic has expanded its reporting system since February, replacing the general flat steel volumes by introducing specific data in three categories.
