Brazil decreases iron ore exports in January
Brazilian iron ore exports fell year-on-year in January, says the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) in its monthly report monitored by Kallanish. This deceleration was mainly due to the underperformance of the mining sector, following the extreme weather conditions in eastern Brazil since mid-January.
