Brazil auctions iron ore extraction in Ibipitanga
Brazilian state-owned Companhia Baiana de Pesquisa Mineral (CBPM) will auction an iron ore extraction permit in the Ibipitanga region next month, Kallanish learns from the state regulator and mining research company. The bidding will take place on 10 December.
The deposit has an average 40% Fe content magnetite and hematite iron ore in medium and fine granules, says CBPM.
