Brazil’s Aço Cearense completes judicial recovery plan
Grupo Aço Cearense (GAC), the owner of long steel supplier Siderúrgica Norte Brasil (Sinobras), has closed its judicial recovery (JR) process. This comes after two years of monitoring by the Public Ministry and the Judicial Administrator, which recognised the company’s compliance with all obligations established by its recovery plan, Kallanish notes.
