Botswana's Pula Steel exports first billet: reports
Botswana-based Pula Steel has exported its first billet, a 300-tonne consignment to South Africa, according to local media reports. This is the first batch of a 1,000t order by Veer Metals. Billet exports to Zambia and Zimbabwe are planned in the near future, while Indian buyers are also reported to have shown interest.
