Bolivian government delays signing of El Mutún contract
The signing of the contract between the Bolivian government and Sinosteel Equipment, will be delayed for bureaucratic reasons, Kallanish learns from the country’s ministry of mining and metallurgy.
The Chinese company was selected for the development of the iron ore deposit and construction of a steel mill at El Mutún in eastern Bolivia in October 2015 (see Kallanish 29 October).
