Bogdanka considers Jan Karski following court decision
Prairie Mining says it will consider all actions necessary to ensure its rights are preserved after a Warsaw Appeal Court overturned an injunction preventing other parties from claiming the Jan Karski Mine.
The injunction was granted last year, temporarily preventing Poland’s environment ministry from granting concessions or usufruct agreements for the Jan Karski Mine to any party other than Prairie (see Kallanish passim).
