BMZ's general director leaves
Byelorussian Steel Works (BMZ) general director Anatoly Savenok will leave his post on 23 May, Kallanish learns.
Savenok had been working at the steelworks for 30 years, making him BMZ’s longest-serving general director. Under his leadership the mill has undergone an extensive modernisation process, moving away from exporting predominantly billet to converting the overwhelming majority of output into higher added-value long and tubular products.
