BMW turns to steel for sports cars' driveshafts
BMW is to replace the carbon fibre driveshaft in two of its high performance sports cars with one made of steel from November 2017 onwards, Kallanish learns from the carmaker. The models involved are the BMW M3 Sedan, BMW M4 Coupe and BMW M4 Convertible.
