BMW plans $200m press shop for South Carolina
BMW is investing $200 million to build a new press shop at its South Carolina plant.
A 219,000-square-foot press shop with five stamping stations will be added to the company’s 7m-square-foot campus in Spartanburg, its largest manufacturing operation in the world, Kallanish understands. It is expected to begin production in 2024.
