Black Sea billet prices continue decline
Black Sea basin billet prices have been tracking the declines in ferrous scrap prices, as premium grade HMS 1&2 80/20 was assessed by Kallanish down $45/tonne on-week on Friday at $320-325/t cfr Turkey.
