Black Sea billet market wakes with a bang
The Black Sea billet export market continues to heat up after a long lull with prices exceeding $600/tonne fob and conitnuing to rise, as demand is expected to pick up in traditional Black Sea markets next week. Thus far, large sales volumes were concluded to the Americas, Asia and West Africa by CIS and Turkish suppliers.
