Bishi Group moves sights to Russia
The Russian Primorsky Territory government on 14 September announced that the local government and Hebei Bishi Group have signed an agreement on the construction of a metallurgical plant. Bishi Group plans to build a steel mill with more than 3 million tonnes/year of steel capacity in the eastern Russian region, Kallanish notes.
