BHP’s Nickel West wind farm heading to completion
Global miner BHP says the construction of the Flat Rocks Wind Farm Stage 1 for its Nickel West units is approaching completion.
The construction, which began in mid-2022, is now one step closer to completion with installation starting for the 18 wind turbines of the greenfield wind farm around 264 kilometres south of Perth, Kallanish notes from BHP's statement.
