BHP's annual iron ore production rises slightly
Global miner BHP saw its total iron ore production increase by 1% on-year to 257 million tonnes in the financial year ended 30 June, 2023 (FY23), in line with its guidance. The firm expects FY24 production to be between 254mt and 264.5mt, Kallanish notes.
