BHP posts record-breaking annual iron ore output
BHP has achieved production records at its Western Australia Iron Ore (WAIO) operations, according to the firm’s operational review for the year ended 30 June (FY21). It also started production at South Flank, the largest iron ore mine in Australia, and recorded zero fatalities for a second year, Kallanish notes.
