BHP awards cone crusher contract to Metso
Global miner BHP has awarded a cone crusher contract for an Australian iron ore mine to Finland-based engineering services firm Metso, Kallanish notes.
Metso says in a statement that the three high-capacity Nordberg MP Series cone crushers will be installed at BHP’s Whaleback mine in Western Australia.
This order is booked in Metso minerals segment’s third-quarter 2023 orders received.
