Benelux scrap sentiment remains gloomy
Scrap prices in the Benelux continue their downward trend amid bearish sentiment in major export destinations.
Exporters’ dock prices in the Benelux were pegged mostly at around €270/tonne ($299) on Monday. Last week’s levels at €285/t totally disappeared following premium HMS 1&2 80:20 bookings done at below $355/t cfr Turkey last week.
