Beltrame continues to bemoan high steelmaking input costs
Italian merchant bar producer Beltrame has again faced another month of surging raw material costs in December 2018, the company says. Merchant bar prices in Italy are at risk of declining in line with the current weakness in long products and scrap, further exacerbating the situation for the producer, Kallanish notes.
