ArcelorMittal takes majority share in Bekaert Brazilian plant
High carbon wire specialist Bekaert says that it has closed a transaction with ArcelorMittal to integrate Bekaert's formerly wholly-owned subsidiary in Sumaré (Brazil) into the Belgo Mineira Bekaert Artefatos de Arame Ltda partnership (BMB).
