Bekaert sees sales dip slightly over January-September
Belgian steel wire specialist Bekaert saw a flatter third quarter 2016 which left its 9-month sales down year-on-year. Organic volume growth in sales actually increased but this was offset by negative currency effects, lower wire rod prices and an unfavourable mix, the company says in its Q3 operating report monitored by Kallanish.
