Bekaert reduces Russia activity
Belgian wire specialist Bekaert is reducing its presence in Russia due to the Russia-Ukraine war.
The company’s Lipetsk plant’s output and sales have decreased, together with exports to Russian clients, Kallanish understands.
The facility however remains operational, “in support of the livelihood of our employees and their families”, the firm says in a note.
