Beijing Shenwu plans steel investment in Indonesia
China's Beijing Shenwu Environment and Energy Technology Corp is discussing a 3 million tonnes/year cold-rolling project with the Indonesian government, according to the Indonesian industry minister, although there is no date for commissioning. The company has previously invested in nickel pig iron capacity in Indonesia, Kallanish notes.
