BC Iron looks outside of iron ore
Australian miner BC Iron is looking to explore gold and non-ferrous deposits as it diversifies from the struggling iron ore sector. The company recorded an ebitda of just AUD 1.9 million ($1.36m) in the September quarter but the company has kept mining costs just below prices, Kallanish notes.
