Bayi stops reorganization and assets swap
Baosteel’s Bayi Iron & Steel Company terminated its asset reorganization on 30 June, the company told the Shangahi Stock Exchange. Baosteel's subsidiaries have struggled with their own restructuring plans, but Baosteel itself has said it will undergo a restructuring with Wuhan Iron and Steel, although there remains little solid detail, Kallanish notes.
