Bathurst Resources profit rises on higher coal prices
New Zealand coal miner Bathurst Resources saw its underlying profit after tax for the financial year ended 30 June 2022 (FY22) surge 191.21% on-year to NZD 43.1 million ($26.21m) on higher coal prices, Kallanish notes.
The group's revenue also rose 38.85% to NZD 295.2m from NZD 212.6m a year ago.
