Barker Steel acquires manufacturing space outside Baltimore
Baker Steel Mid-Atlantic, a division of Harris Rebar, has recently acquired leasing space at the Halethorpe industrial complex outside Baltimore, Kallanish reports.
Barker Steel will lease 133,520 square feet of the 692,492 square-foot facility, which is located near Interstate-95 and Interstate-695, in between Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC.
The Halethorpe facility was purchased by Maryland-based investment firm Blue Ocean in 2015.
