Baowu upgrades new carbon material project
Baowu Group has produced its first batch of needle coke after the commissioning of the upgrade project for new carbon material, Kallanish notes.
The project was constructed by MCC Baosteel Technology Services Company over a period of 15 months. It is an important step in Baosteel’s development in the chemical industry area. The equipment is capable of producing 50,000 tonnes/year of needle coke.
