Baowu, Daming enter into new three-year supply agreement
China Baowu Group and Daming International Holdings Limited have entered into a new framework agreement for the exchange of steel and processing services, according to the latter’s exchange filing on the HKEX in Hong Kong.
Baowu agreed to supply steel to Daming, while Daming will provide Baowu with processed metallic goods and processing services, Kallanish notes. The agreement is valid for the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026.
