Baotou Steel targets locomotive tie-up with Dongfeng
The listed arm of Baotou Steel recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Dongfeng Electrical Company, according to Baotou. The two companies were reported to jointly develop the locomotive maintenance market, Kallanish notes.
