Baosteel margins hold firm in Q1

China’s Baosteel saw both revenues and profits fall in first quarter 2016, according to its quarterly report monitored by Kallanish. Margins increased however as the steelmaker continues to out-perform many of its competitors in China. The steelmaker continues to benefit from its focus on higher value added products.
