Baosteel Zhanjiang plans ‘zero-carbon’ flats project
Baosteel's Zhanjiang steelworks plans to add 1.8 million tonnes/year of steel capacity for a "zero-carbon emission" electric arc furnace steelmaking project at the current plant of Zhanjiang Steel.
